

If you have already joined the VoIP conference and your microphone is not working, you will need to leave the VoIP conference before you can adjust audio settings.

Also check your microphone or headset for a physical mute switch and ensure you do not have that enabled. Your microphone may have been muted by the host. Make sure your microphone is not muted before trying the steps in this article.
